About Squeezey Scoops
Squeezey Scoops is a neuroscience student run small business created to make mystery squishy shopping fun, affordable, and exciting. Every scoop is hand packed with a thoughtfully selected mix of unique textures, food squishies, animal squishies, and special surprise pulls, bringing a little joy to every order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the squishies safe for children?
Squishies are not edible and should never be bitten, chewed, or swallowed. They are not recommended for children under 3 years old due to small parts. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children, and squishies should always be kept away from pets.
Will my packing video be posted online?
For our opening launch, packing videos are almost always posted on our TikTok and Instagram accounts so customers can enjoy watching their orders come to life. We never display personal information including your full name, address, phone number, email address, or tracking information.
What is a special pull?
A special pull is a premium squishy that is typically larger, rarer, more detailed, more unique, or higher value than our standard filler squishies. Every scoop includes at least one special pull.
How many squishies come in a scoop?
Every Squeezey Scoop includes 10 guaranteed mystery squishies. Each scoop is hand-packed and contains a fun mix of food squishies, animal squishies, sensory squishies, mini squishies, and special pulls. Every scoop is unique!
Do all scoops include a special pull?
Yes! Every Squeezey Scoop includes at least one special pull. Special pulls may include giant strawberries, cheese squishies, glacier balls, butter squishies, toast squishies, potatoes, premium sensory squishies, and other fun surprises. Specific special pulls are not guaranteed.
Can I request specific squishies?
You may leave preferences at checkout such as favorite colors, themes, aesthetics, textures, or squishy categories. Examples include pink, blue, pastel, sparkly, food squishies, animal squishies, kawaii, or sensory squishies. We always do our best to accommodate preferences whenever possible, but specific squishies, exact colors, and exact styles cannot be guaranteed.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically packed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
Do you accept returns?
Because Squeezey Scoops are mystery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for style preferences, duplicate items, or not receiving a specific squishy or special pull. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to help.
Will I get duplicates?
We try our best to create variety within every scoop. Because all scoops are mystery scoops and inventory changes frequently, duplicates are possible but we make an effort to avoid them whenever possible.
